The beautiful Shorthorn cattle are selective grazers; thriving on upland pasture, they pull out rough grasses and so let in light which allows delicate wild plant species to grow.

Shorthorn beef is marbled through by seams of fat, basting naturally during cooking resulting in delicious tender meat.
